Experience the Causeway Coastal Route, one of the world's great road journeys

The Causeway Coastal Route is 'one of the world's great road journeys' and one of the most outstanding scenic drives in the world.

This route of 120 miles of breathtaking beauties takes in the Giant’s Causeway UNESCO World heritage site, wonderful hidden glens, superb Irish ‘patchwork quilt’ scenery and breathtakingly uninterrupted stretches of rugged coastline unchanged for countless generations.

This being Ireland of course, the 120 miles of scenic drive doesn’t stop at 120 miles. There are countless optional ‘loops’ for the intrepid traveller to tackle, heading into quaint villages, finding hidden glens, discovering amazing views - even shopping!

The route runs right from the outskirts of Belfast, along the famous Antrim Coast Road to the outskirts of the City of Derry taking in the regions’ great attractions including Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Bushmills Distillery, and the famous Glens
of Antrim.

The region is also a haven for activity enthusiasts with breathtaking Walks, excellent Golf Courses, fantastic Cycling Routes and great Fishing. For the more adventurous there is Scuba Diving, Parachuting, Gliding and Surfing.

The Causeway Coast & Glens region reminds us of the adage that ‘when God made time, he made plenty of it’ and the Causeway Coastal Route provides some fabulous ‘bite sized breaks’ and makes planning a short stay almost as relaxing as the break itself. So take your time and enjoy it!
