About

Cair Paravel is a 3 bedroom terrace house in central Portstewart. It is within easy walking distance to the sea front promenade, about 3 minutes away, where you will find some very good restaurants and of course the famous Morelli's ice-cream parlour. There are numerous coffee shops overlooking the sea. From the promenade you can walk along the coast either to Portstewart Strand or to Portrush. Many of the attractions are only a short drive away, e.g. Dunluce Castle, Giants Causeway as well as numerous sandy beaches. The North Coast is known for hosting many events, sporting and creative especially in the summer. It is very popular with local people for short breaks throughout the year. At the house there is a secluded, sheltered S.E. facing rear garden and patio with ample seating. There is also the option of a swing or hammock. The wooden gazebo at the bottom of the garden catches the evening sun.The conservatory overlooks the garden, perfect for those not so sunny days. The rooms at the front have partial sea views. The livingroom gets the evening sun, has a smart TV and open fire. The kitchen is fully equipped and the separate dining room doubles as a bright office space. The bedrooms are cosy with lots of storage space. The toilet and washhand basin is separate from the bathroom which has a shower.
