A three bedroom terrace house located 150 metres from Royal Portrush Golf Club, restaurants, cafes and shops in Portrush town centre, golden beeches and scenic coastal paths.

The property consists of an entrance hall, kitchen with all modern appliances and dining table to accommodate 6 people and a sitting room with sofa and TV

On the first floor there is bedroom one with a king size bed, bedroom two with a double size bed, bedroom three with two single beds and a bathroom - with bath, shower, basin and WC.

In the outside area there is a private lawned garden with patio area and furniture and private parking for one car.
